Re: US 129 Road Closure in Tennessee

Why should the state of TN be concerned with how quickly US129 reopens? What's in it for them? US129 enthusiasts are more of a nuisance, than an asset, and TN has demonstrated this in the past. Personally, I think US 129 will only re-open when enough TN voters complain that their lives are being adv...

Re: 2009 Miatas at the Gap

I voted yes only because Tapoco has become so crowded on Saturday. But what constitutes "moving" the venue? I suppose it would have to do with the vendors as has been suggested. Regardless, I would continue to stay at Tapoco. Would Dirk and Marsha suffer with a move? If their property is f...

He said that after they made their tour of the shows, the cars would either be destroyed or put in a museum. Last...

Club Close to Florence - Darlington

The Carolinas Miata Club actually has members from all over NC and SC. We are loosely based in the Charlotte area because most of our officers and a majority of our members live in that region. But we do have many members who reside much farther from Charlotte than the Hartsville-Darlington area.

MATGX Commemorative Items

Are any of the attending clubs planning anyting special in the way of commemorative items for sale? I'm kicking around an idea or two and do not want to interfere with anyone's existing plans. You can post a reply, if public, send a PM, or contact me through the Carolinas Miata Club website.
